Responsibilities About Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH): Manatee
Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, has served the citizens of

Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for
babies with special needs. Position Summary: The Charge Nurse
assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and
providing direct/indirect nursing care to patients, families, and
appropriate others under the direct supervision of the Nursing
Director for the unit. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members,
directs and educates other nursing personnel to provide and
facilitate optimal health care outcomes in accordance with Manatee
Health policies and procedures, standards and philosophy.
Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as

nights Charge RN position on the Med Surg/Neuro/Stroke unit Minimum
of one year acute care experience Previous supervisory experience,

Qualifications Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing ASN,
required BSN, preferred Current RN licensure in Florida Current BLS
through American Heart Association Current ACLS through American
