Job Description:

• Must bring personal weld hood, steel toes work shoes for weld test. • Safey glass and hearing protection will be provided as needed. • As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our welding processes. • You will be responsible for performing welding operations, interpreting blueprints and specifications, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship. • Your expertise in welding techniques and attention to detail will be essential in meeting project requirements and ensuring the safety and reliability of our products. • You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor. • In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our welding operations, contributing to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform welding operations using various techniques and equipment • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements • Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards • Maintain welding equipment and tools, and perform routine maintenance as needed • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder • Proficiency in various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick • Recent experience welding stainless steel and/or aluminum • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work VALUED • Relevant certification or training in welding • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment • Knowledge of welding codes and standards • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
